Featuring an ergonomic handle and smooth lines, Braun's 1,500-watt electric water kettle handily sits on a separate heating element. When water boils--one cup takes only 70 seconds--it's a relief to pick up the kettle and pour without worrying about the plug dragging behind. Once the kettle is removed from the base, it automatically turns off for safety. This good-sized kettle heats up to six cups of water, making it ideal for small meetings at the office or to quickly heat up water (and water only, please) at home. Electric Kettle
I have been using this kettle up to 5 times a day for a few years. It still works perfectly! I highly recommend this product! I have used electric kettles for many years and this is the best!

Damaged goods
Kettle arrived in pieces and unusable. Returned kettle to seller at considerable expense; but, as yet, have not heard from seller. All in all not a very satisfactory experience.BRAUN WK200B AquaExpress Electric Water Kettle

Great electric kettle (for a price)
This kettle has met or exceeded my expectations, of which I am pleased since I thought the price a little steep (no pun intended). Heats water quickly and efficiently. I am pleased.
