These silver chimes play medieval alto notes inspired by the Gregorian chants of Europe. Company founder Garry Kvistad has developed an advanced method of tuning used on every Woodstock chime: each tube is analyzed digitally with a microphone under the tube measuring the frequency, and cutters are instructed to remove just the right amount of material to produce the most precise tuning possible. woodstock windchimes
I love my windchimes. I have had a beautiful set of windchimes that finally broke after about 10 years outside in the FLA sun and was looking for chimes that would be just as nice. These are definately it. I highly recommend them.

Love it! Love it! Love it!
When I oped the box, I was really impressed with the packaging and the look of the wind chime. As soon as I pocked it up, it gave the most melodious chime.
My husband was concerned that we would tire of it pretty soon. But it has been 4 windy weeks, and we still love the sound. It is the best $25 dollars I have ever ever spent. Will definitely buy another Woodstock Windchime.

Peaceful in the wind
I really enjoy the wind chimes in the back yard when I'm gardening or just enjoying the birds. The large paddle moves with the smallest of breezes allowing even soft chiming. Overall, a great addition to any yard.

Angelic tones
Wow!!! I just received my Woodstock Gregorian Alto Chime today and words cannot express how truly 'awesome' it is! The packaging as well shows how cherished these chimes are. Although I went to the Woodstock website to listen to its sound which was beautiful on-line, the chime sounds 10 times better in person! "Sweet harmonious Angelic musical tones"! How's that for a sound description? Thanks to all of these shared customer reviews here on Amazon, your reviews helped to seal my decision to buy it and I'm very glad that I did! It's a great purchase! So great that I now plan to complete the Gregorian(GSS,GTS & GBS) musical scale!

Excellent product, excellent service
This wind chime is very musical and excellent in quality. Just hope the wood top can stand the outdoor weather condition. I saw some other companies that have metal ring on top. The delivery was on time and the service was nice.
