wonderful music for yoga and meditation
anugama has a wonderful feel for the psyche. i love this cd and use it frequently. i also have the 2nd volume which i love dearly.

Only one problem
I love this cd! I do yoga to the first track and the third, but the second track isn't quite so good for yoga. That's why I gave it four stars. During the second track bells suddenly start going off. Cool if you're just listening to it. But during yoga, it shattered my concentration. Otherwise it's an amazing cd, I recommend it.

A perfect meditation in sound
I love this cd. I love Anagama's work period. This is my favorite and I haven't had it long. It is perfect for meditation. It has an hypnotic monotony that takes you to other levels of dreaming. A good sound to visualize with too, and also for massage... oh yes perfect for massage. Even my cats relax to it. It is like an ancient heartbeat that works to put you into balance with life ... with God. Listen to a sample first as you may not be ready for it. I remember a time when I wasn't. This sound to me is as soothing as a tibetan monastery. It can easily take you out of yourself ... or into yourself ... whatever is your wish. Happy dreaming.

So Be It
This is one of the best relaxation pieces I've heard in a long time. Shamanic Dream is music to clear the head and heal the mind and spirit. This is perfect meditation music with sounds and chants that can't help but induce feelings of peacefulness and harmony for any listener. Very soothing.
