Product Description
MIU France 2-piece black silicone potholders, item # 99091. These silicone pot holders are a great kitchen accessory. They are great for removing hot pots from the stovetop or baking trays from the oven. It can also be used as a trivet to protect countertops from the heat of hot pots. The silicone is heat resistant up to 650?F. These potholders are dishwasher safe. Each potholder is 7-inches by 7-inches.

Good, but limited
These are nice potholders for protecting your countertop, but not as effective at protecting your hands. Without double-layering the pad, the heat gradually gets through to your hand (e.g., when pulling a sheet pan out of the oven and holding it to check doneness of your food). You get about 15-20 seconds before it gets uncomfortable.

On the "pro" side, they are easy to clean, provide a non-slip surface and take up very little room when storing.

Wonderful potholders
I love these potholders. I was a little nervous ordering them because of the bad reviews some people had given. I think they are plenty flexible, I can grab a handle on a pan or a baking dish. Being able to wash them is a great plus. I can see how you could burn yourself through the hole, but once you figure out how to hold them they work great.

Silicone Potholder
Was hoping to get a potholder that I could easily wipe off rather than my fabric ones dipping into foods and getting messy quickly. Was very disappointed. This is not a product to be reaching into an oven with. Fine to set hot pots on, but not to be used to pull food out of an oven.

MIU Silicone Potholders
The pros of these potholders are that they work well and look sharp hanging in the kitchen. The only con is that they are on the small side, so if you don't hold them just right you could get a finger over the edge and burn yourself. Handle with care!

Extremely versatile *I Love This*
I purchased 2 sets of these MIU Silicone Potholders in Black (4 total). I purchased them mainly to use as trivets, but oh my! I love them as potholders, trivets and jar openers. I will never own any other trivet or potholder ever again. Quick wash, almost no storage space, multipurpose! I highly recommend.
