Easy To Use
Just a short message here. Although not perfect, this little hands free unit works just fine regardless of your decision to broadcast through your vehicle's FM radio or use the Motorokr T505 as a stand alone unit with its internal speaker. Bottom line: Simple to set up and easy to use.

Regarding charging the unit. The Motorokr comes with a vehicle charger only. If you have a Motorola Razor phone, you can use the same wall charger you are currently using for your Razor to charge the Motorokr. If that is not the case, you can purchase a wall charging unit from Motorola for under $20. Shop around for your best deal.

This Motorola Model a real disappointment
I have an installed Motorola hands-free kit in my car at work and it is just wonderful; this is a less expensive model and it does not need installation. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but these are the reasons I was dissatisfied. 1) I did not like the British voice (I thought she was saying "lost" number when it was the "last" number. 2) You can't command it to dial a number; it must be a programmed number in your phone and the voice recognition is lousy. 3) If you dial the number into your phone, it will ring over the speaker but that is not legal since it wouldn't be hands-free. I wanted something with good voice recognition that would also dial a number by command. For $100, I didn't feel it offered me very much.

CHARGING THE MOTOROKR T505 BLUETOOTH ON A WALL CHARGER
I want to address the charging issue.

Several reviewers expressed discontent with the fact that the phone comes with only the car charger. This does not work for me, since I am now retired and it would take a LONG time before I spent the 5 hours driving time to fully charge the T505. I wanted to be able to take it into the house to charge overnight, so it would be ready for use in the morning.

After trying the website and customer support via e-mail without getting a relevant answer (they do answer in 24 hours), I found the customer support phone number and spoke to a very helpful person.

You can charge the T505 on any Motorola wall charger that has a connector (or an adaptor) that fits the T505. I have a couple of different Motorola chargers, but wasn't sure if there would be a problem with the voltage. So, if it fits, it's fine!

As someone else commented, you can also charge it on your computer USB port with a connector, but Guido at Motorola told me that it will charge up to 80 percent max that way. Hope this helps everyone. (Told Motorola that this info belongs on the website.)

MOTOROKER T505
Very clear & simple to use.
The ON/OFF Indicator light could be a bit more visible,it is hard to tell if the unit is ON or OFF.
Over all, VERY GOOD.

Couldn't find a clear FM station
I was so excited when I received my T505 - I travel about 40 miles each way to work and I use this time to talk to friends & family. I hooked up the kit without issues, tried it out and COOL !!! couldn't wait to try it on the road. Well, between my home & work, there wasn't a static FM station - I had to change it at least 2 - 3 times..and those stations were not clear.. I figured, wait until I went a further distance (on a short trip) to see if maybe it was the tress on the side of the highway that interfered with the signal... nope - no luck. The speakerphone was good (not great), so I returned this item. I wasn't going to pay almost $100 for a so-so (regular) bluetooth speakerphone.

Anyway...maybe it's just my area and my signals are not great...
