I got sucked into buying these when I bought a pair of Nike Air Maxes, which were plenty comfortable without the insoles. I never used them in the shoes they were intended for originally, because I had a different pair of shoes with embarrassingly little padding. However, when I put these insoles in them, they were instantly my favorite shoes. I just bought another pair of these Spenco insoles and I literally said "aahhh" (relaxation) when I put them back in. In being on my feet for extended periods of time, I find that my heels are what suffer the most, and the insoles are cushioned so well that you immediately can tell the difference. You may find that you want a pair for every pair of shoes you have! Highly recommended, Spenco has me as their customer for life.

Comfortable
These were recommended to me by my rehabilitation specialist with help for plantar. They are extremely comfortable.

say goodbye to knee pain
I'm 62 and like to walk 2-3 miles every day. Some weeks ago I started feeling pain in my knees, something I had never experienced, I mentioned it to a friend and he recommended SPENCO. Goodbye knee pain! Go ahead and get a pair for every shoe, boots, sneakers, you have...By the way, I don't own stock in the company (wish I did, it must be doing well!)

The Best
Awesome insoles, the best I've ever worn. Others hurt my feet so bad it felt like they were on fire, but I can hike for miles and miles in these. I have a set in my hiking boots, my trail shoes, and my everyday dress shoes these things are so great.

Support for your feet
My podiatrist recommended these insoles because I have high arches and not much padding under my feet. I walk for exercise and I put the insoles in my walking shoes. I removed the insole in the walking shoe and replaced it with the Spenco insole. The insoles augment the support and cushioning that the walking shoes provide.
