Product Description
Don't miss important calls when the ringer is off. The Light-Up Indicator with Ringer Alert at the base of the antenna of the KX-TG4321B Expandable Cordless Phone will flash quickly to show that you have an incoming call, and it will flash slowly to let you know you have a new message. Now you can program each handset to ring at your discretion. Before going to sleep, simply set the bedside handset to Night Mode so that it won't ring in your bedroom. In the meantime, the handset in the den will still ring when that important call comes in without disturbing the person who's sleeping. Great!!
I purchased this phone for my mother and she loves it. It has all that she needs and then some. I have another Panasonic phone myself and felt that Panasonic is a reliable name. The price was right for a great quality phone.

pretty good one!
Pros:
1)I have been using a GE set for past couple of years, which works fine but battery life has gone down tremendously and as some reviewers mentioned these batteries cost a lot (>50% of full set price) so having AAA replaceable batteries is definitely a big plus.
2)Other really great thing about this handset is that the speaker phone is very powerful, I can type on my laptop and have this phone by my side and the person on the other side cannot tell that I am using the speaker phone. most of the time I just use speaker instead of holding the phone.
3)Very easy to use answering machine. My older phone was terrible in this regard.

Cons: 1)headset jack is not there 2)one annoying thing is that when I am on speakers and would like to switch back to regular mode, I kept pressing the 'speaker' button again and again but it doesnt work that way you need to press 'talk' button instead... minor issue its just not intuitive.

Overall - will buy again! :)
