Pretty and Durable Exercise Ball
I am 5'2" and had been using a 65cm ball for years, which was much too large for my size. After getting a recommendation for a 55cm ball, I searched Amazon and was pleased to find that this 55cm ball was such a pretty color. It is puncture resistant and inflated quickly with the included pump. If you are shorter in stature, you will find this ball much more comfortable as an addition to your workout than the larger balls out there.

A real fun ball for the aged.
I love this ball and it gets me off the couch. I am 80 years old and can do most of the beginning exercises except the walk back onto the ball. Walking down is easy and truly stretches the back. The pump was very easy for me to use. The ball has held its air superbly. It also serves me to reach overhead, forward, side to side and backward, thus; stretching ever muscle. The walk the ball up the wall serves not only the back but the legs. I recommend this ball highly!

Sturdy, but small
What the description of this ball doesn't tell you is that 55m is for people 5' to 5'3". I'm 5'6", so it's a bit small for me. However, the ball itself, is very sturdy and will hold weight up to 330 lbs (also, not mentioned in the description). I didn't have any trouble with the pump. While taking the ball to the gas station and filling it up would have been quick, I just considered manually inflating the ball as additional exercise. The hand pump works well and there's a tape measure so you know exactly how far to blow up. There's a slight plastic smell at first, but it goes away by the time the ball is blown up. The wrinkling of the ball will go away within the first 24 hours it's blown up. I'm keeping this smaller ball to do Pilate exercises with and getting a larger ball for core work. Really, the reason why I'm only giving this 4 stars is because the description is not complete enough to allow someone to make the proper purchase in the first place. The quality of the ball is great.

Just what I need
This is nothing special, but it's just what I wanted for a good price. It even comes with a DVD with a few ideas for exercises, as well as a replacement plug and a measuring tape to make sure you don't over- or underinflate it. I'm 5'1" and it's almost too big for me. I'm not sure that a smaller one would have been better, but this works well enough. I really enjoy the added difficulty it provides for my exercising.
